Force For Good - Harmony (With Prologue)
Description
Harmony from the CD Passions by Force For Good ©2020 Kanukatunes (ASCAP)
This video is about Harmony without the Jonathan Sprout introduction
This film is a meditation on harmony through the lens of racism and those who fought against it, those who continue in the struggle today with Martin Luther King, Jr's dream of harmony. We include footage of Martin Luther King, Jr., John Lewis, and the Obama family.
“Perhaps no statistic better illustrates the enduring legacy of our country’s shameful history of treating black people as sub-citizens, sub-Americans, and sub-humans than the wealth gap,” Ta-Nehisi Coates wrote.
White wealth in America is 10 to 20 times African American wealth.
Privilege is invisible to those who have it. White Privilege - Many white people in America, especially men, have no idea how privileged they are.
“There is not an American in this country who is free until every one of us is free.”—Jackie Robinson
